    AVOID Host & Stay absolutely terrible.

    Location was excellent

    Advertise free parking, but we only received a 48 parking permit for our 3 night break. 2 hours after it expired, we received a £25 parking fine. Customer service was terrible and even accused us of not following the permits instructions. We had it confirmed that we filled it out correctly. We still have it, so we can confirm this, but host and stay are not interested. I really do not appreciate being accused of lying. Avoid Host and Stay at all costs.

    Great location not so great on anything else

    Great location

    No scratch card for parking had to chase them up, could have been cleaner. Also reported lost property (left coat) still nothing back..

    Was ok but not up to scratch for our self’s

    The bed very comfortable

    The fridge smelt could of done with more comfortable seating & the paint work was tired also quite expensive for the 3 nights
