    Nice views, long walk from shops and town

    The house was very well furnished and comfortable to stay in, and there were some good views from the upper rooms. Parking was available, although a large vehicle would struggle.

    Steps at front and rear were quite steep and narrow, and would be problematic for people with mobility issues, as would the steep walk down to and up from the town.

    Comfortable exceptionally clean , close to Matlock, bit of a walk up the hill but well worth it

    A very lovely and relaxing weekend.

    Lots of space for the amount you pay and very homey.

    Getting up and down from the town centre is a real hassle.

    Beautiful and very well equiped house in Matlock. Good experience despite Host&Stay lack of help.

    The house is really very confortable, well furnished and with all needed equipment. It is quiet and has a lot of light. It is very clean and well organized. It is well located next to Matlock city center. The area (Chatsworth, Peak Park, Bakewell) is really worth the stay.

    Normal check in is 4 pm and normal check out is 10 am which is rather late for checkin and early for checkout compared to usual times. We requested several weeks in advance to be allowed to check in a little earlier because we needed to prepare for a ceremony that was scheduled to start at 4:30 pm in Chatsworth. Despite my requesting this several times, the Host&Stay team did not make any effort to make it possible. This was really disappointing.

    A really lovely and comfortable property to stay in.

    Lovely house, very comfortable. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Very clean, a well loved property.

    The parking at the back of the property was rather challenging. The walk up the hill from the town was quite hard.
