    We loved the location. The Lodge decor, and the layout. The process and information getting into the property was all really good. The space you have with the lodge and outside area really good. All very well equipped and catered for all needs.

    The cleanliness was very very disappointing! It is expensive to hire and we found unwashed dirty dinner plates in the drawer, and so I had to rewash everything before we could use it! I then felt everything wasn't clean enough as it put us off. Actual food debris was left on the plates so clearly not checked! The skirting boards were dirty and cobwebs everywhere. The dinner table was so sticky my husbands glass stuck to the mat which was stuck to to the dinner table and it felt very grubby. That was a real shame!!!

    Great location for us,large central area,everything you could need for a short break.

    The only negative for the whole trip was the television signal kept dropping out,which was annoying while watching the football.

    Enjoyable stay.

    High quality lodge with everything included that you could think of. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location with lovely views.

    Some small marks on the sofas and carpets, and dining table needed a clean.

    Amazing accommodation and amazing location

    Everything was exceptional and the place was very well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. The welcome pack was very useful and helped with the use of heating in the accommodation and local information was very useful too. I would highly recommend Host and Stay.

    The only thing was the bathroom door did not close looked like water damage on the bottom of the door causing it to expand and swell stopping it from shutting and one of the skylights had some damage to the wood panelling like it was coming away from the sides. Apart from that everything else was amazing.
