Sandcastles Apartment - Whitby
Apartment spotlessly clean. Towels, Beds and bedding good quality and spotlessly clean. Great views of the bay. 3rd floor apartment but lift available so not a problem for us Charlie the host kept us regularly informed before and during our stay.... Overall a fantastic stay. When i stay in Whitby again i will check this accom for availability ... we are pretty fussy about cleanliness etc so i cant think of a better compliment
Difficult to find as the actual name above the door bears no resemblance to our flat name. Fortunaly a lovely lady from the hist and stay team shiwed ys to our apartment....she was amazing!! No shelf or soap dish in the shower meaning razors and any products had to be put on the floor - this would only take a few quid to sort and would make such a difference. Both windows ...bedroom and lounge ...were difficult to open.

Enjoyable weekend in a fabulous apartment, loved it!
It was lovely and clean, bright and airy, comfortable bed and everything you needed was provided. Fantastic location with sea views.
Would prefer a King Size bed, but that’s just personal preference.

Not good.
Location was great nice sea veiw
3 nights £40 parking dirty plates/cutlery when arrived, the smell of the bathroom is a disgrace could smell it when getting in bed i did email about this but seeing recent reveiws there has been the same complaint with no fix sofa bed is terrible and then a email saying be out before 9am I did email back telling them we would be out on the check out time what was 10am
