    Whitby Stay

    The location and the space in the apartment were great. Good value for money, clean and extra towels because of our long stay.

    Needed more cupboard space in kitchen. The sofa dips in areas.

    Lovely Whitby base

    Location. Communication. Ease of check in Parking included Slightly cheaper than other properties in the area. Would consider staying again as a base as know what to expect if price was right.

    Not as clean/ well maintained as other properties I've stayed in at Whitehall Landing. Marks on walls and furnishings make it look a little tired and added to feeling of not being clean. Bathroom lock very stiff and shower would often leak onto floor.. Also, it was a shame we couldn't open the window in the lounge, as very hot, however, the fan provided was good.

    Spacious and handy but needs a little TLC

    Great location, spacious and secure parking

    Access instructions didn’t tally with what was there when we arrived (confusing after a long drive) and some maintenance is needed to make it safe and allow window opening when it’s very windy, as the rooms were hot overnight. The decor doesn’t match the photos which was also confusing on arrival, but cute additions. An odd detail was listing toilet paper but only providing one roll for a 4 night stay for 2 adults. It was a little grubby in places (under sofa cushions) but generally clean with lovely towels. Charlie replied quickly to messages and overall I would stay again, but the few niggles did mar the enjoyment a little.
