  Very disappointing, never again!

  The property was closed to the harbour and entry was clear and easy.

  On entering the apartment, first thoughts, nothing like the pictures. Cooker wouldn't work, TV didn't work (couldn't get a reception), broken lamp next to bed, dirty mop and bucket left out, no curtains/blinds across balcony doors for privacy and chair was scruffy and thread bare on arm. We reported the TV 3 times but no one came out although they said they would send someone. Overall shocking property for the price, would never book any property with anyone who uses Host & Stay as their agents!!!

  Good location, good amenities in the property. Poor host service, didn't fix issues.

  Property was perfect size for our family. Location was ideal to walk into the town.

  When we arrived the toilet seat was broken and the seat was wonky. The bathroom door handle was loose. The fire alarm, after one day, in the small bedroom battery ran out and it beeped every 1min. I called the hosts to fix it, they said they'd come out to fix it, they didn't. So we had to stay there the entire time with these issues. Our son barely slept because of it.

  Good location, awful apartment.

  Good location

  Dirty, awful smell from sink that permeated the whole of the flat. Bathroom in need of attention, dirty, shower full of mold, toilet seat doesn’t even fit the toilet.

  The location was excellent 👌 The accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable

  The bathroom I felt needs some attention. There were areas that needed sealed and painted and definitely new cushion floor and also the toilet seat was too small. The oven gloves,placemats and coasters need replacing
