    Did not live up to the spec!

    Location. Size of property.

    Smoke alarm was disabled! Fire was not working so it was cold in October whilst having to wait for the set heating times to come on. No WiFi. When we asked host and stay for help we heard nothing for the rest of it stay. Cobwebs and dust. Sheets stained and had holes in. Many mentioned in the visitor book about these things months ago. Clearly not been rectified!

    Wedding weekend stay

    The lodge was spotless. The setting was so quiet and peaceful just what we needed.

    There was nothing really we didn't like. If we had to pick one thing it would be the sofas that could do with replacing we found them really low and not particularly comfortable. But that said we would definately stay again

    Relaxing retreat

    Set amongst the trees, this lodge was perfect for a relaxing week. It was spotlessly clean with all needs catered for.

    Had issues with uncleanliness, bare electric wires, poor repairs, dirty oven, stained outdoor cushions
