Exceeded our expectations - Perfect for our stay - Lovely Flat with Amazing Views
Great place to stay! Location and facilities, along with parking were perfect. Quiet and secure area, but close to centre and shops without having to walk up or down the very hilly areas. There was access from the locked parking area into the building with a lift to the 3rd floor. The lovely flat was very spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout . The views were amazing! The hosts were attentive throughout the booking and beyond without being intrusive, yet available if you required them. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. I would definitely recommend. We enjoyed Whitby and the apartment was in an excellent spot. The cleanliness let it down.
The cleanliness of the apartment was very disappointing. We had to wash cups, glasses etc before we could use them. The kitchen and bathroom were not clean and the apartment overall was dusty and not hoovered. Bathroom bin had blood soiled tissues and hair in it.

Perfect for our short break
The apartment is very spacious two large double bedrooms and large living room. I loved the modern decor, parking for one car and lift. The location was perfect for me away from the busy main streets but only a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Amazing views of whitby and a peaceful river view. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the stay and felt at home would definitely stay again.
Too many messages from the rental service. I felt hounded by adverts for private chef and extra nights. All the information could have been given in one message but repeated messages and reminders about check out time were too interfering. No tea towel in the kitchen was a bit inconvenient and could have done with extra keys for our party. It was a little bit dusty in places could do with a spring clean however overall cleanliness was good.
