    Very clean and modern. Peaceful location but close to all amenities. Lovely big bath plus a shower. Private parking was a bonus

    Only 1 toilet roll for 4 guests for 2 nights plus no condiments in kitchen which we didn't take with us as always been provided in other accommodation. Think a nice welcome pack would be a nice touch. Having said this we would definitely return but would be more equipped

    A Pleasant Stay

    The location was excellent. The accommodation was a fairly good standard the beds were comfortable overall a stay

    Was disappointed that if you wanted to come a bit earlier than 4pm there was a charge 1st time this has ever happened to me taking breaks a great number of year's staying in the uk

    Sunny Dale Cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay in Thornton-le-Dale. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully kept and very comfortable throughout. One of the biggest positives for us was that everything was on one level, with easy access and parking right outside the door, which made things so much easier for our family. The cottage was also very well equipped, with a fully fitted kitchen that had everything we needed and made cooking for the family really easy. The location was excellent too. We were close to the village shop, pubs, cafés and everything we needed, while still having a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. It was also a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area, including the North York Moors, Whitby, Goathland, Scarborough and the beautiful Yorkshire coast. We were genuinely delighted with our stay. Sunny Dale Cottage was clean, comfortable, convenient and extremely well equipped, and we would have no hesitation recommending it to others. We would happily stay here again.
