Rooms were really good and spacious. Internet was very good and handy. Good range of facilities to use.

Shower water pressure was not very strong. Driveway was extremely narrow and difficult with a larger car/van.

The location in Hayton alongside the great location the proximity to the lake district. Inside the house was maintained to a very high standard. Property description is accurate (see vendor info).

Nothing specific, all issues with the property where resolved promptly.

A very pleasant property to stay in.

The property was as expected from the listing, clean and comfortable. Quite spacious and well laid out, comfy beds, good bed linen. Well equipped kitchen although I would recommend the addition of a tea pot and a roll of paper towels. The property is well placed in a lovely village.

The house was cold when we arrived although the heating was on but only on low, this was unfortunate as it was the coldest weekend of the year. It took the whole weekend to heat up the lounge even when other parts of the house were fine. There were supposed to be logs provided for the log burner but there were none. So obviously not checked beforehand for bad weather. There was also an issue with the dorma window on the top floor, very noisy at night.
