    Lovely house next to beach

    Location was great- next to beach and short drive to other places.

    It needs black out curtains or a blind in the main bedroom so you can sleep for longer in the mornings! Also there were a lot of cobwebs around!

    Okay

    On leaving the key safe would not open to return the keys, my taxi was imminent so I rang Host and Stay and asked what I should do with the keys the lady I spoke to said she would get in touch with the cleaners and put me on hold for over 10 minutes ( I had explained my taxi was imminent) I was then cut off and when I phoned back was again put on hold and cut off again. I knocked on the neighbours at no 8 and spoke to the lady who lived there who agreed to take the key from me although she said they would be going out later on, I said I would ring Host and Stay and let them know. I left a note in letterbox of cottage to say where the key was. My taxi had now arrived so I had to go, I tried ringing Host and Stay during the next half hour or so on journey home but could not get through. When home I rang again and eventually got through after explaining what had happened the lady I spoke to said she could see that I had rung and the cleaners were at the cottage. I had already explained that I knew how to use the key safe as I have stayed at the premises 5 times previously I said I was not very happy that although I had explained my taxi was imminent I was put n hold and could not get to speak to anyone. There was no apology for the stress and inconvenience and when I said I was quite disgusted with the way I was treated I was just asked if I could remember to leave a review at which point I hung up!!!!!

    Hard to find parking, trying unload /load car when arrived and departed was difficult.
