    First time in Whitby and it went brilliant

    Kept me informed simply instructions everything went smoothly

    The ceiling were low in places but we were in the loft so expected

    Pleasant Apartment

    Ease of booking and check in etc. Lovely views. Attractive apartment. Location great in relation to the main town. Reasonable price (I guess).

    Lots of stairs up to the apartment (it is called the loft so this is to be expected), slanted ceiling corners with beams upon which you can easily bang your head throughout the apartment (it is called the loft so this is to be expected). Toaster not working, no oven glove provided, no cleaning items provided, no cling film / foil or other useful things, blocked sink plug (with hair), toilet stained and toilet brush dirty, messy hallway (up the communal flights of stairs) with wall and carpet stains and ripped wallpaper, temperamental TV that took a long time to switch on etc, no instructions about what to do with rubbish on checking out.

    Compact but cosy.

    The location was great. Accommodation was clean, compact, but cosy and pretty much had everything we needed, could have done with a fan when warm and no air. Lots of walking through the day then having to face all those stairs a bit of a killer and the slanted ceilings did cause a few head bumps, but nothing too bad.

    Absolutely amazing just be mindful of the stairs and ceiling

    Cosy Location All needed facilities Comfy bed WiFi good Tv size Bath size

    While it was cosy it was a bit of a struggle with the ceiling beams & banging our heads, although we did see on previous reviews it’s low. But every time even brushing our teeth it did get a little bit upsetting, I recommend booking a lower floor if your dog is older as this particular room is on the highest floor
