    We arrived at your place we aren’t happy no hot water no tele not really ideal for a dog or kids when there is farm dogs

    We arrived at your place we aren’t happy no hot water no tele not really ideal for a dog or kids when there is farm dogs barking at my dog we got told to do our own hot water on the fire not impressed at all then when we confronted you offered us a laptop between a family we have had to leave and book somewhere else!

    We had a wonderful stay, thank you Andrew for your help, and for the logs.

    The location was amazing. the accommodation was good not quite what we expected, but would happily return there. Andrew was so very helpful to us and added to our stay ,thank you again for all your help.

    The double bed was to big for the room. It was difficult getting in and out of it due to its size. One side was hard against the wall, with little room the other side. Could do with an electric shower in the other bedroom as we struggled to get the water hot enough using the log burner. Clearer instructions/signage about parking would prove helpful. Location could be difficult if you have mobility difficulties.
