    Lovely little place to stay. Close to train station in Hunmanby which can get you up and down the coastline service. Safe parking within small gated estate is a plus point.

    Great accommodation in a lovely spot idea for getting out and about exploring.

    Spacious, well equipped and had everything you needed.

    The only thing was the double bed it was far too soft for us, which we know is a personal preference.

    Bright and beautiful

    Light and airy . Modern and beautifully presented . Easy to get to the coast . Having our own parking space was a bonus . Very well equipped indeed

    This property made our stay perfect we loved it. Best seaside theme ever. What a find we will definitely return
