No lo recomiendo si vas con niños o si vas a estar muchos dias,ya solo por las escaleras en caracol estrechas
La ducha que salia el agua caliente
Es un cuarto sin ascensor y por encima las escaleras en redondo,que teniendo un niño pequeño cuando llegas arriba ya estas muerto(por encima estrechas).La cerradura de la puerta abre malisimo te cuesta muchisimo abrir la puerta.(Las escaleras a pesar de ser estrechas y en redondo estaban super sucias con cristales tirados por la escalera). La persiana de la habitacion no abria y el suelo del baño roto y sin alfombra. Relacion calidad precio muy mala

Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, w pobliżu są też przystanki autobusowe i stacja metra. W mieszkaniu było czysto, przygotowane były ręczniki, w łazienkach żele pod prysznic i mydło do rąk. Na wielki plus były pralka i suszarka do ubrań. W kuchni zmywarka do naczyń. Działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, szybkie odpowiedzi na pytania.
Minusów było mało, ale były dość istotne. Drzwi do łazienek miały zepsute zamki. Powinno być wspomniane, że mieszkanie jest na 4 piętrze bez windy. Sypialnia na piętrze ma bardzo niski sufit i nie nadaje się dla dorosłych, nawet nasi 11 latkowie musieli uważać, żeby nie uderzyć się w głowę. Balkon co prawda jest, ale wąski i są na nim zamontowane klimatyzatory, nie da się tam usiąść.
