  Localizaçao òtima, apartamento grande, confortavel Cozinha com todos os acessorios necessarios Quarto com a cama , colchao confortavel

  A sinalizaçao da caixa das chaves, e o apartamento A indicaçao era 5° andar apartamento U, mas nao tinha nenhuma sinalizaçao na porta Nao conseguimos sintonizar a TV da sala

  Close to perfect flat (if issues are fixed)

  Great location. Clean and nice flat overall. Top notch kitchen equipment. Good decoration and furniture. Washer dryer is super useful. If the issues i mentioned below are fixed, this flat will be close to perfect. Big beautiful widows Very good Acoustic insulation with double glazing Nice stores Cool bedroom with good matress

  - low windows with no safety barrier, very dangerous for kids. 5th floor. -No support in the shower for soap shampoo... It's a very cheap item and very annoying not to have -chairs screws were loose and i was about to fall from one. I bought a hex key and tightened all chairs screws. - Pillows are super cheap and unconfortable. - living room AC doesn't work and the bedroom one makes some storm noises, not acceptable for this kind of flat and for the price we paid. -Bed room tv is in the way of yhe window knob it can easily be damaged if not careful, it should be moved like 20cm to the left -Our sleep was ruined by the AC, cheap pillows and the wineow safety as my wife had to sleep with our kid and keep the window open as AC was broken...

  Great location and good size.

  Bathroom too small no place for things.
