Water Leak Ruined Stay and Poor Contact Options

    location

The hotel flooded. The water pipes above my room burst at 0100 and water was coming through the ceiling. As there was no-one is reception until 1000 there was no-one to contact. Maintenance staff did arrive around 0400. In the morning there were no ablution facilities and no-one at reception to discuss this with. I have tried to contact the hotel by email but they are unresponsive. Somethings are beyond their control, but how they deal with the situation is fully within their control
