    Highly disappointing, do not recommend!

    Unfortunately, our stay at Hostal Brisa Marina was an unacceptable and UNSAFE experience. The most serious issue was a ceiling leak that caused water to collect on the floor just outside the bathroom. When I got up during the night to use the bathroom, I slipped on the wet floor and had to grab the wall to prevent myself from falling and injuring myself. This was a genuine safety hazard, not simply a minor maintenance issue. I have photographs documenting the leak and the wet floor. The blankets provided in the room were also torn, which was disappointing and reflected poorly on the overall condition and maintenance of the accommodation. Overall, the condition of the room and, in particular, the safety issue caused by the leak fell is UNACCEPTABLE standard for guest accommodation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here. I have also launched a formal complaint with Booking.com considering the safety hazard, but they are unwilling to acknowledge and reach an appropriate resolution, which further shows abysmal customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
