    No hallaba la hora de poder terminar mis tramites y partir

    Nada

    Habitación sin calefacción, húmeda y fría. Tanto el patio interior como el Hall de entrada con excrementos de perros ( hacia 2, uno pequeño y otro grande). La sala común para servirse algo, muy simple y carente de comodidades. Solo un puñado de bolsas de te sueltas, una botella de endulzarte, un bidón de agua, microondas y calentador.

    Unsafe, unhelpful, disappointing.

    Nice spot, reasonable room for the price

    Had a staff member enter my room whilst I was in bed, without knocking. They said it was a guest and said it was an accident, and then I saw the same staff member working the reception desk the next day. Extremely suspicious and just lucky I was there to protect my things. This was after already having knocked on my door at 9:30am after having arrived late the night before saying I needed to checkout despite having booked for another night. They very much knew my things were still there. Walls are thin and all noises can be heard from outside. Was told that luggage storage isn’t available past 2pm despite it advertising itself with luggage storage and being one of the main reasons I booked.
