Nice decor and style of hotel, fairly close to central square but up a hill. I read reviews that the room you book isn’t always the room you were given, so I messaged hotel to make sure (booked room with city view or balcony), they said that room wasn’t available but then closer to the check in date they had a cancellation and I was able to get the room I booked when I asked. Nice bathroom and hot shower with good water pressure!
3rd hotel that I stayed in Cusco this trip and this was nice but I wouldn’t stay again. room was very small, lots of stairs to haul luggage up and down, walk up a hill from square, breakfast was basic and not as good as the other hotels (which were cheaper), wifi was terrible!!! Connected to every single network while in the room, not enough strength to load a webpage, and it only worked while in breakfast area, so frustrating

Foi exatamente o que precisávamos para um dia de viagem.
Hotel simples que te faz sentir em casa. A equipe foi super atenciosa conosco, especialmente os proprietários , que tratam os hóspedes como pessoas próximas. Quartos com calefacao e camas confortáveis.

The location is great, a few 100m from the plaza Mayor, downhill luckily. The breakfast is nice, enough options. A breakfast on the go is possible aswell if you need to catch an early bus. The beds are nice an comfortable. Great views from the main area.

Fantastic!
It was perfectly located in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was asl very good. Would highly recommend this place!
