    Servei Nul. Overbooking

    La ubicació

    Al arribar a l'Hostal indiquen que no tenen habitacio. Mostrem que l'habitació esta cobrada via booking i la reserva feta feia una setmana. Al cap de mitja hora reconèixen que tenen overbooking . Es demana fulla de reclamacions i tampoc dispossen. El proces de booking es llarg, amb l'atencio per Intel.ligencia Artificial lent pel client. Un cop ens aten una persona nomes poden oferir un hotel de categoria inferior al cap de 45 minuts. De l'hostal tot i que van comentar que la responsable trucaria,no va succeïr
