    The staff were very friendly and helpful. They prepared bagged breakfasts for us to take when we had an early tour or bus and the laundry service was quick and effective. They also let us store luggage whilst we went on a tour of the Colca Canyon for a few days. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas.

    We had to leave the key to our room at reception as previous guests had lost their keys, causing an issue. This wasn’t an issue for us, but the keys were left out on the reception desk and they didn’t ask to verify names when we took the key back on returning to the hotel. It would have felt more safe if the key was kept under the desk or in a locked place managed by reception. That said, all of our belongings were exactly as we left them and the hotel felt secure.

    Le propriétaire a toujours été aux petits soins avec nous et il est adorable. La chambre moderne avec lit spacieux, beaucoup d’espaces de rangement et un coffre. Le coins est calme en bout de rue L’eau est bien chaude et facile à régler Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est bien copieux Nous sommes situés à 7 minutes à pieds de la place des armes Je recommande vivement.
