La ubicación, situado caminando cerca de todo.
Aunque el apartamento está reformado, está muy machacado,, el sofa-cama, la percha, los zócalos, la persiana de la cocina, el mando de la ducha, etc, necesita mantenimiento. La limpieza, también brillaba por su ausencia.
