So nice and clean apartment, close to the metro, 10–15 minutes’ walk to the Duomo, in a nice, quiet area, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.
It would be nice to fix the window nets (they were torn), but since I stayed in October, I didn’t have any problems with mosquitoes, so it really didn’t affect my stay. There was no dishwashing detergent (I believe they just forgot to replace it) but since we only stayed two days and didn’t have many dishes, it wasn’t big problem. The apartment literally has EVERYTHING else- and I mean everything! 🤗 I also saw that some people complain about the apartment being in the “basement”, but I was aware that its ground floor when I booked it, and it honestly didn’t bother me. We spent most of the days outside anyway, there’s enough daylight in the morning, and by the time we got back in the evening, it was already dark- so it didn’t matter to me at all.

Quando siamo arrivati la struttura non era pulita, non ancora pronta (c’era un bicchiere sporco, il letto disfatto, il bagno ancora da pulire, spazzatura ovunque) . Sicuramente il tempo non ha aiutato e nemmeno tutti i vari scioperi, però qualcuno aveva già iniziato a fare qualcosa perché le lenzuola pulite erano presenti ma il lavoro non era stato portato a termine. Il proprietario era all’oscuro di tutto o così è sembrato. Un’altro problema è stata l’acqua calda, due docce complete non si potevano fare, non c’era lo scaldino perché era tutto centralizzato con il condominio, un dramma acqua fredda a non finire e non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina. Tapparelle sempre chiuse, casa buia, un vero peccato perché dalle foto sembrava una casa luminosa.
