Spacious apartment suitable for group of people, close to Milano Centrale (15 minutes from station)
2 bathrooms (both equiped with toilet+shower combination) big table in kitchen well equiped kitchen instructions were sent in advance and they were clear and easy to understand
Free key pickup is possible only in dedicated HostMate office 5 minutes of walk from Milano Centrale station and in specific time slot. Otherwise key pickup at apartment is extra paid. I dont understand why lockbox is not a option if there is no real reason to visit office just to take keys and be lucky to not miss time slot when office is open. Check-in process took long. Check-in = you need to manually copy all details from IDs/passports into their website in advance + you need to take selfie + upload all photos of IDs.
