    This hotel is at a top location. Walking distance to every where

    The room wasn't made the first night. We called and asked the reception whether we could get some clean towels and mugs. They were not delivered after 30 mins and we had to ring again. Then the towels were delivered and no mugs. Some guests in other room were smoking in the toilet every day, the smell came into our toilet. We rang the reception and they said there was nothing they could do. And didn't offer us to move to another room. Hair dryer wasn't working and asked for a replacement, and the second one was not working properly either. Couldn't dry my hair.

    Location. Rooms well appointed.

    There was a cigarette smoke smell when a/c /heating fan was on. Breakfast could have had. more options given the price.
