  Good as a hotel room; missing a lot to be a functional apartment for longer stays.

  Room was spacious & clean, staff were pleasant enough, and location had quick access to the metro. This space is good if you're looking for a clean, large hotel room. The space is missing quite a bit if you're looking for an actual apartment you can call home on your trip.

  The kitchen was poorly stocked (and I'm not sure all of the dishes were clean upon arrival as we found fingerprints all over ours). We had to acquire our own paper towel for drying dishes (which was a shock as all apartment hotels I've stayed at before, including in Japan, provide for a means for guests to appropriately wash/care for dishes). The dishes/utensils provided are very minimal - only 3 of everything, which barely even accommodates 3 guests. What if you accidentally drop your knife on the floor while eating a meal? I'd love to be able to just grab another knife instead of spending time washing it. Paper towel & utensils can easily be acquired from a dollar store and as such it's disappointing to see that the hotel couldn't offer these base amenities. The kitchen also had no counter space for preparing food, washing dishes, etc. And there was plenty of space in the apartment to provide for some more counter space. There also wasn't a proper dining table for enjoying a meal. As such, we didn't make use of the kitchen like we had originally planned to when we booked the hotel. The room didn't have a dresser (which once again plays into the "hotel" feel rather than an apartment feel. I spent the week living out of my suitcase instead of being able to make myself at home). The powder room/bathroom could have been better laid out too with thought for how people would use it - perhaps a wastebasket, towel rack, etc. I was also surprised that slippers and a housecoat weren't provided for (I thought that these were base provisions at hotels in Japan - I've certainly stayed at cheaper hotels & apartment hotels and have had these provided for). So lots of little things that were missing to make this place feel like "home". Overall - good as a hotel room, not realistic as an apartment.
