    Exceptional Stay in Ortisei, Aaritz hotel! ​The staying at this high-end hotel, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The entire property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a top-tier atmosphere. ​What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding level of service. The staff is attentive, polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team—they clean and refresh the room twice a day, which is truly beyond standard and a fantastic touch! ​We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If we ever return to Ortisei, we will without a doubt stay here again

    Exceptionnel

    L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Une attention particulière a été portée à nos demandes et de très bons conseils nous ont été donnés avec toujours sourire et bienveillance. La chambre suffisamment grande avec un petit salon. La literie est très bonne. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, non seulement par son offre et aussi par l'accueil. L'espace bien-être très qualitatif. Nous sommes ravis dans notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons.
