    Confortável e ótimo custo-benefício

    Quarto com tamanho excelente , camas confortáveis, limpeza impecável. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade. Não é próximo ao centro histórico mas próximo a linha do metrô

    O box do banheiro é daquele tipo com banheira e para entrar era um pouco alto.

    Very stylish, nice to explore their design and decoration. Friendly staff, spacious room.

    At night, the location is not very comfortable, depending which direction you go. Towards the train station it is what one might expect. Other directions, lots of good food and young crowd around

    Everything was fine, especially the location, until our final morning.

    The morning before our last night, I asked the breakfast staff to prepare breakfast boxes for us, as we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 AM the following morning and would not be able to have breakfast. I also checked with the reception about whom I should contact regarding the breakfast boxes, and they specifically directed me to the breakfast staff. However, when we came to check out at 4:30 AM, the reception staff had no information about our breakfast boxes and were unable to find them. This was very disappointing and left us with a negative final impression of the hotel, particularly regarding staff communication, responsibility, and management. Perhaps it would be more effective for reception to coordinate such requests directly with the kitchen and ensure that everything is properly arranged, rather than leaving guests to rely on kitchen.
