    Pleasant

    The room was good size. The location was perfect. Everything next to the hotel. There’s a store that was open throughout the night which was a plus point.

    Limited option of food with no menu and took ages. Very noisy a/c. The lift was out of service for nearly a day and it was 1 of the reason I chose the hotel as I have problem with mobility without a crutch.

    Location was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Has a lift, which is great if you are on higher floors. Room with balcony was better than those without. Great little bakery & convenience store right out front. If you like to party, this is in the heart of Thamel, with plenty of nightclubs and bars in easy walking distance.

    The hotel seemed run down, but is due to have a renovation in coming months. The nightclubs around are noisy, and go most of the night. If you like a quiet hotel, this one probably wouldnt suit.
