Miserabel!
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals
Wir hatten eine „Dunkelkammer“ als Zimmer. Ein kleines Fenster zu einem winzigen Balkon; allerdings schaute man vom Zimmer aus gegen eine Wand - der Mini-Balkon öffnete sich nach links. Das Zimmer war auch tagsüber richtig, richtig dunkel. Licht gab es nur durch in der Decke eingelassene Strahler, die bei weitem nicht ausreichten, um das Zimmer auch nur annähernd angemessen zu beleuchten.Es war auch nicht möglich, zu lesen, da eine Stehlampe nicht vorhanden war. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Besenkammer im Keller. Demgegenüber war der Zimmerpreis mit rd 170.-€ pro Nacht unangemessen hoch. Im Badezimmer gab es nur die Kombination aus Wanne und Dusche; wollte man duschen, mußte man über den hohen Badewannenrand klettern - für Ältere sehr beschwerlich. Die Toilette war nur durch eine Mattglascheibe getrennt, die zudem nicht völlig abschloss. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Im Kleiderschrank gab es keine Regalfächer für Hemden oder Pullover, nur jeweils eine Kleiderstange. Sonntags gab es bis 10.30 h Frühstück - allerdings waren bereits um 09.40 h die leckeren Croissants, die es am Vortag gab, bereits vergriffen. Es konnten mangels ausreichenden Vorrats auch keine Croissants mehr nachgelegt werden.

Das Servicepersonal ist extrem nett.
Ich hatte keinen Bademantel im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer hat es nach faule Eier gerochen und die Bodylotion war leer.

Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool
Room was very comfortable, clean, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and sauna
Parking isn't free but there is street parking if you don't want to pay extra, the restaurants near the hotel are all very fancy so not great for children but the restaurant on top of the hill by the castle was perfect
