  Our experience at Hotel Agios Thomas was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. We booked the property through Booking.com, expecting accommodation in Lygia, approximately 3 km from Vrachos. During the booking process, the property was presented as being very close to the beach, which was one of the main reasons my wife and I chose it. Unfortunately, the photographs and presentation on Booking.com do not, in our experience, accurately reflect the actual conditions. The beach is not as close or as accessible as we expected, and it is also rocky. The accommodation itself was the biggest disappointment. Although the property is advertised on Booking.com as an apartment, in reality it is a very small and basic hotel room containing a double bed and an additional bed. The available space around the beds is extremely limited, making it difficult to move around the room comfortably. There is no table or seating area inside the room, and there is realistically insufficient space for one. The terrace is exceptionally small, approximately 80 × 80 cm. There is barely enough space for a small table and two glasses, making it unsuitable for any meaningful use. The bathroom was another major issue. On one day, we had no water at all for showering, and I was forced to wash myself using approximately one litre of bottled drinking water. When water was available, the pressure was extremely weak and the temperature was highly inconsistent, alternating between very cold and excessively hot water. The attitude of the owner was also a significant part of our negative experience. His manner towards us was anything but welcoming; it was extremely dismissive, uncooperative and, at times, outright rude. Given the problems we experienced with the accommodation and the lack of water, we expected at least a professional and respectful approach. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. In contrast, the staff were exceptionally kind, polite and helpful.

  Απογοητευτική συμπεριφορά ιδιοκτήτη στο checkout

  Δεν είχε πρωινό, εφόσον τίθεται ως ερώτημα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή.

  Η συμπεριφορά του υπεύθυνου-ιδιοκτήτη στο checkout ήταν απογοητευτική. Για λόγους ανάγκης καθυστέρησα 1 ώρα να αποχωρήσω από το δωμάτιο και μου χτυπούσε έντονα την πόρτα. Το έκανε μάλιστα 2 φορές σε διάστημα 5 λεπτών, ενώ του είχα απαντήσει ότι αποχωρώ σε λίγο. Ευτυχώς το μικρό παιδί μου δεν ήταν στο δωμάτιο.
