LOVE THIS HOTEL AND HOTEL STAFF ALSO 😍 👌

This is place where you feel not just like a guest, but like someone truly special . The wonderfully warm atmosphere, exceptional attention and heartfelt hospitality leave an unforgettable impression. The atmosphere is amazing, the room is spotless, and it is the best place to stay in all of Tbilisi. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for the warmth, kindness, and care that can be felt in every little detail. Places like this stay in your heart and always leave you wanting to return. We would be absolutely delighted to stay here again! !!

    …

Close enough to the airport for convenience, yet within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to experience the city. The check-in staff were very welcoming. I arrived late and exhausted, but they were so cheerful and friendly.

(to be fair, I only stay in the hotel one night so my review is based on very limited experience) Morning staff had very limited knowledge of the neighborhood. I’m sure this hotel welcomes plenty of tourists, and I can’t imagine I’m the first person to ask, “Where can I mail a postcard?” The only answers I got from her were repeated “I don’t know” and “I can’t help you.” I tried looking it up myself, but I still couldn’t figure it out, which is why I asked the hotel staff for help in the first place. I’m still upset by the way she responded. Even if she didn’t know where the nearest post office or mailbox was, she could at least have told me how she usually sends mail here or suggested an alternative, so I could figure out the next step myself. I wasn’t expecting her to know everything, but I did expect a little more willingness to help.
