Für New York relativ grosser Empfangsraum mit Bar. Personal war sehr nett und bemüht.
Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Betten waren unbequem. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Super modern, love the hotel bar, room is also new and comfortable bed
This hotel is right next to a homeless shelter. Everyday walking out there are tons of homeless people. I know this is NYC but this was too much.

After one good stay a couple months ago this fell short by a lot. This excludes staff. They are always nice
It’s a good hotel. I stayed there before and requested a similar room. I got a much different room. No closet. No where to put anything in bathroom. No where to put suitcases. Tough where one is traveling internationally.
There was so much dust on the little end table and around coffee machine. The rooms need a deep clean for the price u ask
