Déception
La proximité avec les bus ou taxis
Il faut réclamer les serviettes par exemple. Puis pas de possibilités le matin d'avoir un café ☕️ alors qu'il suffit de mettre à la disposition des clients qui partent avant 7h, dosettes café et bouilloire eau chaude. C'est pas compliqué 😉

Trato recibido NEFASTO.
El desayuno (mantequilla, mermelada, miel, pan café, zumo y un huevo) y los camareros del desayuno geniales. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y la cama era cómoda (hay un supermercado cerca)
Trato recibido, íbamos con un bebé y pedimos la cuna tal como salía en la reserva, no respondieron a ninguno de nuestros mensajes , tuvimos que pedir a booking que nos ayudaran a contactar y aun así tardaron, nos contestaron pasadas unas semanas diciendo que no la instalarían previamente, que la pidiéramos a la llegada, les dijimos que llegaríamos tarde y el bebé vendría dormido que si lo podían dejar preparado, ya no nos respondieron más, ni si quiera con el servicio de atención al cliente de booking de por medio. En la llegada estaba la cama sin montar, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la llevarían en un rato, fuimos a cenar y al llegar aún no la habían traído, la volvimos a pedir y tardaron mucho en traerla (era un colchón pequeño que no requería ningún montaje). Por otro lado el barrio es feo, no hay apenas donde comer (tuvimos que cenar comida del supermercado) esta lejos del aeropuerto (20 minutos en coche).

L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est gentil et le petit-déjeuner est bon.
la station de bus à côté de l’hôtel est très bruyante. On n’arrive pas à dormir toute la nuit.
