Elendig service. Elendig frokost, overfakturering. Forhåndsbetalt pris for rom/frokost/tax ble forsøkt øket med 80 dollar. Klissete frokosttallerken ble fakturert med 30 dollar ekstra for to kopper kaffe og 2 glass juice. Dårligste opplevelse av alle hoteller denne ferien.

Nice stay. Enjoyed our time and glad we stay here.
Loved our stay. Very historic hotel. Four US presidents have stayed here as well as the cast from North by Northwest.
Didn’t serve breakfast until 8. Parking is a bit of a mess.

We simply like everything about it
We always stay here. We like dinner and drinks on the rooftop. We like the easy walks to other downtown locations. And we like its historic feel.

An interesting experience
Hotel history, atmosphere, and location are top.
Booked the room w/ breakfast. The hotel has an arrangement with the attached pub to serve/order breakfast and then it comes off your bill. However, two of the three breakfast days were not taken off the bill. Breakfast drinks (i.e. coffee, juice, etc.) are not covered and paid out-of-pocket. Get an itemized bill and verify breakfast actually comes off. A daily marketing fee is also added (apparently a state thing). The hotel should do a better job at ensuring what is covered and what is not.
