    Bad experience.

    Location. It was in a very good location.

    It was a storm that day. We went to the hotel a 1 pm and get the parking pass. When we came back at 6 pm to check in they said that because of the storm they can not check us in. They said it could take either 5 minutes or even the next day. We saw a lot of people checking in but not us. Second. They did not do the house keeping they did not change the dirty towels. When I asked them they said that housekeeping is upon request. Whattt? It is the first time I hear that. Only one staff member was friendly but not the rest very bad experience.

    This was a lovely hotel with wonderful staff in beautiful coastal NC.

    The staff were friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. The walk to the beach was super convenient and the hotel was an easy drive from everhthing we needed otherwise.
