    the staff were lovely and the room was just what we needed. comfortable beds and the location was excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions.

    only downside was the pillows were slightly uncomfortable

    Ticks most boxes.

    Room was very good and location was perfect.

    Pillows were high and hard. Stairs were difficult with heavy suitcases as they are steep. However, I think all accommodation in Amsterdam city would be the same.
