    Sehr nett und hilfsbereit

    Zimmer nicht sauber, keine Steckdosen am Bett, Abzug im Bad defekt, lief durchgehend die ganze Nacht. Die WLAN Passwörter gingen alle nicht

    Great location, good value but watch out for the AC if it's hot when you go

    The staff were on the whole very responsive in advance of the trip. and helpful and friendly while we were there. The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the ferry and from cafes / restaurants. Showers good and beds reasonable. Staff really friendly.

    The AC didn't work properly, the team corrected it centrally (the remotes in the room didn't control it) but when it went wrong again (pumping out hot air) there was only a night manager there and he didn't know what to do. We did this report this on leaving the next morning but they weren't hugely apologetic. The road in front of the hotel is pretty noisy and having to leave the doors open to cool it off meant letting more noise in...
