  ウェルカムおやつ、室内ドッグラン、ペット可のラウンジスペースなどペットと滞在するためのホテルといった感じで快適に宿泊することができました。今回3泊しましたが、また宿泊したいと思います。

  駅から少し離れており、スーツケースとわんこを抱えて歩くにはちょっと不便でした。

  Extremely inflexible customer service. Would not recommend to foreigners traveling with dogs.

  It was clean.

  The procedures at this hotel are not efficient, which was opposite from what I experienced at any hotel in Japan. 1: 3pm check in is strictly enforced. I attempted to check in at 2:58pm and was told check in didn’t start till 3pm. Once 3pm hit, there was a huge line of people causing congestion with dogs barking. This is not customer centric nor a welcoming experience. 2: Upon check in, I requested to order my dog food as they showcased in multiple advertising pictures. I was told dog food is only served in the morning. The next morning, I go downstairs to get a meal for my dog and was told that food needs to be ordered 1 day in advance. It’s extremely frustrating this was not explained when I checked in and asked about ordering food on the spot. As someone that came out of the country, I had no dog food due to import restrictions so I had to go to the grocery store and make something work. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

  A lovely hotel concept! 😊 Great location — peaceful, yet very close to the metro station and the castle. Very convenient! The room was very cosy, and the service was excellent. There was always coffee and juice available. The staff were wonderful (They personally helped us when we accidentally left some of our belongings behind, arranging to have them sent to another city. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding, and we are very grateful for their assistance! )

  One small suggestion: for guests travelling without pets, there might be a little too much pet-related equipment in the room. Perhaps it could be provided upon request, depending on guests’ needs. :)
