We booked here because Finch Bay was full, and we’re SO glad we did! The hotel is spectacular. Its restaurant is the best in town, located directly on the water, where our kids loved watching the sharks swim by during dinner and breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and everything exceptionally clean. There’s also a small tide pool on the property where our kids loved to swim and look for crabs. And it’s also a short walk to a gorgeous beach (Allemania Beach) with some of the best snorkeling we had on the island. Oh, and in the evening the staff allowed our kids to watch a movie in the main room while my husband and and I enjoyed our dinner outside. We loved our stay!

To go to town, you need to take a short water taxi that’s $1/person for our family of four, it added up. But overall very much worth it!

    Unforgettable. Totally recommendable.

Excellent dining experience in breakfast and dinner. The family room was large and with great view. The facility and room were always clean. We felt the animals close in the hotel, with visit of iguana, sea lion, and finchis, and we could find sharks and rays in the sea. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The access from Puerto Ayora town is water taxi that one dollar per person with cash, so we felt a bit painful in that part, but it’s a trade off with private and quiet environment. So we figured it’s worth it.

    Enjoyable

Very nice hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are clean. Very nice breakfast. Good restaurants, a bit expensive though. Excellent views and atmosphere. I personally liked the hotel.

Location is good but every time you need a water taxi to go to the hotel. Also you need to arrange with the hotel for an airport pick up as it is a bit difficult to reach the hotel from the airport. In addition, you need to waste a lot of water to get hot water.
