    Erholung pur - gerade wenn man nur Frühstück gebucht hat

    Das Zimmer - Penthouse Suite hat unsere Erwartungen absolut getroffen. Wir konnten wie in einem Nest den Stress des Alltags entfliehen.

    Service Mitarbeiter fallen stark ab - es gibt nur wenige, die das Fach gelernt haben. Wenig Empathie - gerade dem Gast seine Wünsche erfüllen - z.B. zur Silberhochzeit darf man Glückwünsche erwarten. Sehr schwierig ist es, einen anderen Tisch zu bekommen, wenn einem der zugewiesene nicht gefällt. Dies geht nicht, gerade wenn man so Premium gebucht hat. Man darf sich alles wünschen. Das Frühstück sollte dringend eine andere Auswahl bekommen. Mehr Frische und weniger Wurstplatten. Das Auge isst bekanntlich mit. Die Präsentation vom Müslibereich und der Saftbar gehört überarbeitet... immer diese morgendliche Fragerei nach einem Organgensaft gepresst.

    Herraudragende, herzliche wohlfühl Oase

    Ganz wunderbares Hotel! Geführt von der Familie, und das merkt man in der enorm hohen Qualität und Professionalität kombiniert mit viel Herzlichkeit.

    Wirklich alles top, wenn man etwas zum verbessern sucht dann wäre es für mich persönlich die Öffnungszeiten fürs Gym (erst ab 8.00 Uhr) und der etwas leistungsschwache Haarföhn im Badezimmer.
