    Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber.

    Wir hatten kein Fenster im Zimmer und mussten oben in einem Hochbett schlafen. Unter dem Hochbett und oben konnte man nicht gerade stehen auch, wenn man klein ist. Bei der Buchung war nicht klar, dass das Zimmer kein Fenster hat und man hat uns nur einen sehr teuren Wechsel angeboten in die Suite oder überteuert in ein Zweibettzimmer. Von einem Hotel auf dem Niveau und in der Preisklasse erwarten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster und ein angenehmes Bett. Sie haben zwar freundlich auf den möglichen Wechseln hingewiesen ohne uns aber ein Stück entgegenzukommen. Es schien, als sei das ihre Strategie. Wir waren sicher nicht die ersten und werden auch nicht die letzten sein, die dies anmerken.
