Service done by all housekeeping staff,and all the staff at breakfast and reception were brilliant
Unfortunately I just felt the pool bar needs more attention to being manned, and felt even when staff did come I was inconveniencing them

Even tho we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room it will not deter me from returning to this lovely hotel.
The location
The only issue we had this time visiting this lovely hotel was with the air con in our room. Temperature kept rising up and we had to get maintenance several times to our room. It was sorted every time but then went off again a couple of days later.

Great hotel/apartments in a great location.
Great hotel/apartments. Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. Great pool area which has a bar/coffee where drinks and food can be purchased. All staff members at the Andorra were very friendly and helpful.
Although there was no Air Conditioning in our apartment. The ceiling fan did keep our bedroom cool.
