Indefensión, indignación
La ubicación
No atendieron nuestra petición de cambio de reserva dentro del periodo de modificación- cancelación de reserva de habitación. Solicitamos dentro del periodo de modificación- cancelación de la reserva de habitación y en varias ocasiones el cambio de habitación de 3 a 2 huespedes y nos obligaron a abonar el importe de la reserva de una júnior-suite cuando solicitamos una habitación doble en periodo de modificación- cancelación de la habitación, obiando nuestra petición y derivadonos a Booking directamente. Cada vez que contactamos con Booking nos indicaban que contactaramos directamente con el hotel y así sucesivamente en reiteradas ocasiones una semana antes de disfrutar de dicha salida.

Buena ubicacion, y buen precio
La ubicacion es perfecta, fuera del centro pero a minutos andando de la calle principal y de tiendas, el aparcamiento esta bien, pero no es gratuito.
la calefaccion no la puedes controlar pero se estaba bien, la television apenas tiene canales que ver se puede mejorar.
