Hotel-Aparthotel San Bernardino

Check-in after 18:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement. An additional charge of CHF 150 applies if the kitchen in the apartments and suites is used and not left clean and tidy. Guests are required to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. If, upon check-out, the apartment is found to be excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning, a surcharge of CHF 200 will be applied. Dogs are permitted only upon prior request and confirmation from the property. A surcharge applies for pet stays. Large dogs are not permitted. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs unattended on the property at any time. Check-in after 6:00 PM is upon request and requires confirmation from the property. It currently states that check-in after 6:00 PM is upon request and must be confirmed by the property. I would like this stated just once, and for it to be added that a surcharge of CHF 50 may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
