O Hotel é bem localizado.
Uma recepcionista muito grossa, atendeu comendo e apressada. Acho que atrapalhei o almoço dela. Disse que tinha vaga de estacionamento para nosso carro, mas que o quarto só estaria pronto depois das 14:30! O check in é as 14h!!! Mas mesmo assim não disse nada, procuramos um local para almoçar e ao retornar um outro atendente já disse que não havia mais vaga para estacionar o carro. Tivemos que procurar estacionamento na cidade onde houvesse vagas. Se tivesse dito antes já havia parado o carro muito antes. Atendimento frio e descortês.

Excellent location with convenient parking.
Excellent location on the town’s main street just into the beginning of the pedestrian only area. There is convenient parking in a gravel lot behind the hotel for €15 per day. They give you a placard to place on you car dashboard for parking in a specific space. You can drive on the pedestrian only street and park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. Very nice exterior and entrance with a small lobby and an elevator. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the main street and mountains. The room had a very large armoire, two desks with chairs, a luggage rack, ample number of electrical outlets in convenient locations, TV, WIFI, refrigerator and safe. Comfortable double bed and pillows. A large bathroom with a large tub with a shower. Breakfast buffet with an adequate assortment of the usual items.
I would have rated this hotel a 9, except that the interior is a bit worn and the décor is somewhat dated, the bathtub is deep and difficult to get in and out of to shower, which is very dangerous. No A/C, but probably not needed most of the year. Not a big negative but be aware that European hotels don’t provide wash clothes, and shampoo and conditioners are often limited, or of poor quality, we bring our own. The hotel price was on the high side for what you get, but typical for region.

Very pleasant stay in the best location.
We stayed in the roomy family apartment. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located at the entrance of the pedestrian mall -- historic town.
Some decorations could make the apartment feel even cozier.
