    La piscine (mais... froide et bar fermé, octobre) La grandeur des chambres Le personnel attentif La position près du centre de Arbatax Très bon repas

    Le matelas trop dur Les fourmis dans la salle de bain Le supplément de 25 euros par chambre, calculé sur un prix non adapté à mon rabais genus, ni à leur offre sur le site. J'ai réservé 2 chambres mais j'ai oublié de changer le nombre de personnes, le prix chez Booking.com était de 165 euro par chambre double sur leur site 167 euro...j'ai payé 186 euro par chambre, les explications de la commission ne m'a pas convaincu. Dommage! Ils auraient pu faire au moin un geste en nous faisant un Upgrade. Une machine à café dans la chambre, pour un 4 étoiles aurait été appréciable.

    Just the location the rest not impressive

    Breakfast was terrible - no complimentary water in the room, and they did not inform us that the AC was not working, so it was basically a sauna in the evening with a very uncomfortable noise could not sleep a wink - the bathroom was very narrow and I could not get my legs fitted in the seated position!
