Ups and Downs
The room was quiet and while it was rather small, it was functional. Some other reviews have mentioned noisy HVAC, but the HVAC in our room was not loud at all. It was quiet and worked just fine. The beds were quite comfortable. Hotel restaurant had very good food. It was a bit pricey but tasty and there was a nice selection of dishes tailored for the season. The fitness center was a great size with apparently newer equipment and weights. The valet service worked well. The staff was responsive to needs we had.
When we first entered our room, we immediately discovered the toilet was dirty and there was only one bath towel (we needed more). The staff had already texted to see if we were in our room and if we needed anything, so we were able to notify them of the need for more towels and bathroom cleaning, and that was taken care of within the hour. The valet service ended up costing more than stated. It says it is $29/night, but we were charged $36/night. The elevators were scarily noisy. No problem with them, just screeched a lot.

Overall exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent service.
The staff made our weekend extra special. My boyfriend loved the birthday decorations that were put up in the room. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to end our night and the bartender was great! Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We'd stay here again.
This is a delightful wee hotel, having a rather boutique feel. The lobby looked quite nice as did the restaurant, Bistecca. The room was nice, clean, well decorated though a nicer view from the window would've been nice (we saw the parking garage). The shower was great, with strong pressure out of the shower. The breakfasts were very tasty.
The a/c unit in our room was very loud, disturbing our sleep the first night. The hotel provided ear-plugs which helped but the unit remained quite loud. It would be helpful if the a/c unit were addressed......not sure if this occurs in other rooms.
