The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with the staff’s kindness and professionalism. When we arrived, there was a misunderstanding with our booking – the family room we booked was listed for 6 people, but it turned out to be smaller than expected. The staff handled the situation perfectly. They kindly offered us a second room for only £90, and when we explained we were happy to stay together in one room, they allowed us to keep the other room free of charge. Their flexibility and helpfulness made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you to the amazing team for going above and beyond – we really appreciate it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for friendly service and great hospitality.
